Dennis is a true HR and organizational consulting veteran with 30 years of proven, boots on the ground experience helping companies of all sizes build, develop, manage, and retain healthy, productive teams. He is a highly sought after coach and excels at team training; Dennis also is regularly invited to participate in public speaking engagements. Dennis holds an MBA from University of St. Thomas and has taught undergraduate and graduate-level Human Resources and management classes at University of Minnesota, University of Wisconsin—Stout, and Metropolitan State University.
Caleb Squires
Caleb possesses an astute ability to identify and develop HR and management practices that boost employee performance, maximize employee satisfaction, and improve employee relations. Notably, he recently reduced one company’s annual turnover from 110% to 30% within a year, and implemented a performance system that increased their billable time by 20-30%. Caleb holds a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities, with a Management minor from Carlson School of Business.
